Flo Rida (Tramar Dillard) urodzony 16 Grudnia 1979. Amerykanski raper urodzony w Opa-Locka (Miami), lecz później przeprowadził się do Carol City (Miami). Pseudonim zaczerpnął od stanu w którym mieszka - Floryda. Kariere zaczął od EPki 'Florida Street's. Od tamtej pory wyszło od niego pare mixtape'ów takich jak: "Coast 2 Coast 17", "It's A Done Deal", "Mr Birthday Man", "Welcome 2 Flo Rida", "Money Right (razem z Brisco)".
